Dubai.
Dubai is where we run the widest set of routes for property owners: the Golden Visa for property from 2,000,000 AED, and the 2-Year Property Owner Visa below that threshold. Dubai is the only emirate where the three-day Dubai Express route is available.

- Which route fits my Dubai property?
- The Golden Visa applies from 2,000,000 AED upward. The 2-Year Property Owner Visa is the Dubai route below that. Which one your property carries is settled in the assessment.
- What is the Dubai Express route?
- 25,000 AED, guaranteed in three business days, and it exists in Dubai only. The shorter guarantee is what the higher total buys.
- Can a foreigner own property outright in Dubai?
- Yes, freehold ownership without restriction in the designated freehold areas. A usufruct right and a lease of up to 99 years are the other forms available.
- What do I send for an off-plan property?
- The OQOOD or the Initial Contract of Sale, plus the shared off-plan list: stamped SOA, stamped NOC, the signed SPA, passport and photograph.
